Chris Rawlings

Managing Director

I commenced with JC Rawlings in 1971 working with my father the company founder on mainly residential projects. During the 70’s we began undertaking projects focusing on the commercial sector and was made Director in 1978.

Being in existence for nearly 60 years we at JC Rawlings pride ourselves on our achievements and reputation as a leader in the construction industry.

Every day all JC Rawlings employees focus on 4 simple principles:

  1. Commitment to Excellence across all projects.
  2. Meeting and surpassing client expectations.
  3. Always striving to do it better.
  4. Delivering projects on time and budget.

Craig Rawlings

Director

Although I officially started with JC Rawlings in 1994, I’ve been surrounded by construction from an early age. Having grown up on and around building sites for as long as I can remember, it’s fair to say that construction has formed a major part of my life. Over the years I have realized the importance of ‘employing your best workforce’, which is an adage that I strongly believe in and adhere to.

At JC Rawlings we feel that all our representatives reflect the strong family values and commitment to quality which has driven us forward for the past 60 years and will continue to carry us well into the future.

I believe in starting, developing and maintaining client/architect relationships and encourage all our staff to make this a priority. We also feel that the development of our current team is important and encourage all staff to ‘climb the ladder’, undertake further training and develop new skills. We also believe in looking after our team by means of providing a safe working environment, our OH&S record is outstanding and we intend to continue down this path via continual development, training and monitoring of our current OH&S policy.

We also recognize the importance of looking after our environment and take this into consideration when planning the construction of our projects. I believe the values that we have built the business on in the past will benefit our future.
